葡萄人工挑選採收後在不鏽鋼槽中浸皮4~5天,期間每天淋皮2~3次。採用天然與人工培養酵母,提供酒質層次與良好的平衡!法製橡木桶陳釀16~22個月後還需要繼續在瓶中陳年6~12個月,進一步發展、軟化並演變成美味和復雜的風格。
酒色深紅色石榴般,香氣中帶有黑莓、黑醋栗、丁香和橡木桶味。 前味是濃郁的深色水果味,包含可可、肉荳蔻表現出多汁且豐富的深沉果香!口感柔和,紮實柔韌而有力的單寧結合酸度,如穿著燕尾服的紳士一般迷人又精緻的奔放!
