2011 西班牙紅葡萄酒 RISCO TINTO CRIANZA

精選自莊園中細心照顧的葡萄園，手工採收以確保能保有純粹的風土韻味。葡萄去梗並低溫冷浸在不鏽鋼桶中幾天，接著以26º進行緩慢發酵。選用法國與美國新製的橡木桶陳釀14個月與瓶中陳年約36個月。
酒色如紅寶石般，濃郁的黑莓果香撲鼻而來，酒香中黑醋栗夾帶如葡萄乾似香氣。草本氣息中帶微微木質辛香，酒體飽滿且單寧滑順，搭配紅肉料理更顯豐富！

Spanish red wine 2013 Risco
Country: Spain  Complex and profound oak
There is a before and an after when drinking Risco. It shares some characteristics of its neighbor, Ribera del Duero, enhanced by the extreme climate. Ripe fruit an everlasting finish. Full flavour in the nose, and full texture in the mouth. It’s a unique experience in itself.

Palate: Dry, High acidity, High tannin , Full body, Flavour – licorice, Black pepper, Smoke, Forest floor, Wet wool, Long finish
