葡萄人工挑選採收後,腳踩壓榨再糖分發酵7天。進行天然發酵2次共3周後,陳年期間選用225L的橡木桶(25%的為全新法製橡木桶與10%新匈牙利製)中陳釀22個月,未經過濾以保護那進一步發展、軟化後演變成美味與複雜的風格。
由複雜的工法所釀製而成,酒香濃郁中帶有黑莓果香與橄欖,辛香料如白胡椒刺激著味蕾,進一步散發藍莓和紫羅蘭花香,如煙燻烤製的草本氣息,讓酒更顯濃郁!陳年之後帶出飽滿酒體中的優雅細膩,韻味浪漫悠長。

Tasting Notes: As this wine unfolds, the nose is packed with seared blackberries, gardenia, olive tapenade, white pepper and spent campfire. The palate evolves from blueberries and violets to smoked meats and rolling tobacco.
