葡萄人工挑選採收後在不鏽鋼槽中浸皮4~5天，期間每天淋皮2~3次。採用天然與人工培養酵母，提供酒質層次與良好的平衡！法製橡木桶(60%為全新)中陳釀22個月後還需要繼續在瓶中陳年6~12個月，進一步發展、軟化並演變成美味和復雜的風格。

“This is the first vintage that Hall has produced the ‘Terra Secca’ Cabernet Sauvignon which translates to ‘dry earth’. Aged 22 Months in 65% New French Oak, this wine opens with a bouquet of crème de cassis, exotic spices, coffee grounds and anise with sandalwood accents.
Dense and concentrated, flavors of baking spice, coffee, cigar box and crème de cassis flavors persist through a plush, velvety texture which glides effortlessly into the layered finish. This is another gorgeous wine made by the winemaking team at Hall.”
